Today

What needs action first, then the work queue, who to contact next, follow-ups due, replies to action. Computed live from Castle's data; every item links straight to where you act on it, and logging a touch saves to the shared DB.
The work queue
Sending X DMs asclick an account to send as it, the N today on each is how many DMs it has sent today (pace ~15/account/day, so spread the load). switch it before you switch accounts on X

Inbox

Every DM your X accounts receive, pulled in automatically and grouped by the account that got it. Match the sender to a creator, reply right here or open the full conversation, then mark it handled or pass it to Tom. Search, filter to unread, and it refreshes on its own.
Encrypted DMs aren't captured here (X can't share them with any tool). For outreach accounts, check them directly on X for encrypted replies, often the warmest ones.

Pipeline

The active deal funnel, drag a creator between stages as things progress. Unworked creators live in the Today queue; they land here once first contact is logged.

Performance, return on the creator program

The money story: what each signed deal costs vs the NGR it drives. Enter figures per deal from Castle's affiliate dashboard, the P&L + charts update live. This is the number that justifies scaling the program.
Deal intelligence - which deal structures actually survive. Works on the roster you already have, no NGR needed.

Content, short-form clips

The clip pipeline (~2/day): Tom sends raw clips on Discord → ReceivedRenderedDelivered to the Drive → Castle posts. Files stay on the Drive; this is the posting queue. Each clip carries both destinations (Reel·IG + 16:9·X) with their own file, copy and Posted state, hit copy and paste straight into the post, then tick Posted and drop in the live link.

Social, owned channels

What Castle actually posts on its own channels and how it performs, synced from Buffer every 3 hours. One card per post with its live engagement (views, reach, interactions). Use it to see which content lands, the numbers refresh on already-published posts, so they climb over time. Posting itself still happens in Buffer; this is the record.

Tools & costs

Every tool this function runs on, billed to Castle's card, tracked against the agreed ~£140/mo ceiling. Editable: click any box to update.
