Digest, the Monday briefing
What needs action and what moved this week, computed live from Castle's own data (creators · deals · outreach · tools). Nothing to maintain; it's true the moment you open it, and every item links straight to where you act on it.
Today, work queue
What to do right now, who to contact next, follow-ups due, replies to action. Logging a touch saves to the shared DB.
Replies, inbound DMs
Every reply your X accounts receive, pulled in automatically so nothing gets missed. Match to the creator who sent it, then mark it handled or pass it to Tom. You reply from X itself, so this is the shared record, not a sender.

Pipeline
The active deal funnel, drag a creator between stages as things progress. Unworked creators live in the Today queue; they land here once first contact is logged.
Performance, return on the creator program
The money story: what each signed deal costs vs the NGR it drives. Enter figures per deal from Castle's affiliate dashboard, the P&L + charts update live. This is the number that justifies scaling the program.
Deal intelligence - which deal structures actually survive. Works on the roster you already have, no NGR needed.

Content, short-form clips
The clip pipeline (~2/day): Tom sends raw clips on Discord → Received → Rendered → Delivered to the Drive → Castle posts. Files stay on the Drive; this is the posting queue. Each clip carries both destinations (Reel·IG + 16:9·X) with their own file, copy and Posted state, hit copy and paste straight into the post, then tick Posted and drop in the live link.
Tools & costs
Every tool this function runs on, billed to Castle's card, tracked against the agreed ~£140/mo ceiling. Editable: click any box to update.
